**SKILLED HANDYMAN/WOMAN REQUIRED**

Joinery, brickwork, plumbing etc.

Previous experience is needed - please do not apply if you have no property maintenance experience. We also have an age preference and the candidate must be over 30 years old.

We are a very busy Letting agency, we have a large work maintenance load on a weekly basis. If you cannot wok under pressure or at a reasonable pace, please do not apply. You will also need to be approachable and have confidence in order to greet and liaise with tenants.

Driving licence is required.

CAN ALSO PROVIDE ACCOMODATION IF NECCESSARY

You will be working for a busy property management company attending to different properties on a day to day basis to inspect issues and work to resolve them.

This is not a contract - this is temporary employment that may lead to permanent. You will be an employee working for our company.

Daily communication with the Director is necessary and you will be instructed which properties to visit and in which order.

Temporary position leading to permanent

5 days a week - Mon to Fri

Between 8 - 10 hours a day (times flexible)
