We are looking for an expert yii/PHP developer to build a simple agency website (front end & backend) from scratch. We will provide UI Design. There is no UI designj required for backend, you can use any free bootstrap based theme.

Website will have front and a backend (CMS) where we can update contents from. 

It's going to be a full fledge self sufficient mini CMS with all of standard features such as SEO, Sitemap etc.
