The Digital Marketing  Specialist (Social Media Marketing) will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. This role involves creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

2*. Content Creation and Optimization:*

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and create engaging visuals and multimedia elements for web content.
  • Optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and meta tag implementation.

3. Campaign Development:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns within the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Utilize advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to reach target audiences and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize WordPress tools and plugins for email marketing, lead generation, and social media integration.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Implement tracking codes and analytics to measure campaign performance and user behavior.

4. SEO Optimization:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility on search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on SEO best practices.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and present regular reports on website performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies based on data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

6. WordPress Management:

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
  • Create and update website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia elements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management with a focus on WordPress website management.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms integrated with WordPress.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
