Job Description:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to promote Fliprly’s services. You will manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and work to increase our online visibility and user engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos) that reflects the Fliprly brand.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly to meet objectives.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies to keep Fliprly’s content fresh and innovative.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and written content.
  • Manage social media ad campaigns, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
  • Grow and maintain partnerships with influencers and key digital marketing players to expand brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital marketplace or tech-focused company.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure social media performance.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and an interest in tech, domains, or digital assets is a plus.
